Cha Cha Despanza is a self taught Creole Artist. While living abroad for over 15 years, she privately studied art in Italy, France, Vietnam, China & Sweden.  Her works are for sale and on display in New Orleans, Florida, Texas, France and Saudi Arabia. She is an accomplished copier as well as an impressionistic artist. She is best known for her distinctive style of finding the soul through artistic passion, capturing the expressionistic colorful energy and movement of the subject matter. The simplicity and ingenious placements of hues, not only describes the subject but expresses the poetry and music in the soul of the artist, creating a vibrato tone in her work. She has capitalized on her forte of copying the great masters and finding her own soul in every stroke of her brush. With each of her impressionist works is a short poem of her feelings during that time. The artist has been diagnosed with Lupus and 20% of sales will be donated to the Lupus Foundation. She also volunteers with Predisan Mission and donates 10% to Honduras.
